Join us at the farm and become a citizen scientist for the day 🤓! We will be:

- Choosing a spot on the farm, observing, and counting as many insects (arthropods), Earthworms, and Gastropods (snails, slugs) life forms (both above and below ground) as possible!

- Learning about & group discussion of both native beneficial insects, as well as "harmful" insects, depending on what we find

- Integrated Pest Management (IPM) framework overview and discussion

- Demonstration & Hands-on learning of plant-derived foliar sprays for pest mitigation including Kaolin clay, safer soap, compost tea, and neem oil

- General nerding out on the miraculous world of bugs and our relationships with them on the farm and garden!
