No matter your lineage, humans have been singing and gathering around fires for millennia. We believe singing with others is a portal to restoring our connection to our voices and belonging in the community. This gathering is an invitation to connect to ourselves and others- breaking the isolation of our joys and griefs.
Songs are taught in oral tradition, in a call and repeat/echo arrangement and then sung together in a group.
All voices and all ages are welcome no matter what experience you have with singing.
We believe, “singing is not a talent, skill, or hobby; it is a foundational technology of community and belonging.” -Siobahn Delaney
